Frequently asked questions

Cannot log in

If you have login problems, check:

Incorrect password

Use the 'Forgot password' option to reset your password

Account locked

After 5 failed attempts, the account is locked for 15 minutes. Wait or contact administrator

Don't remember email

Contact company administrator or support

Connection error

Check your internet connection and try again

Declaration was not sent

If the declaration was not sent to IMI:

Missing required driver data

Complete missing data in driver profile

Expired driver documents

Update document expiry dates

IMI API error

Try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, contact support

Invalid date range

Check if posting dates are valid (not in the past, appropriate period)

Synchronization not working

Data synchronization problems:

No API connection

Check internet connection. If the problem persists, API may be unavailable

Validation errors

Check synchronization logs in the system. Fix data causing errors

Synchronization takes too long

For large amounts of data, synchronization may take several minutes. Check progress bar
