Graduate of administrative studies and internal security. Holder of the Certificate of Professional Competence in road transport and the Certificate of training for the Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser. Trainer leading a large number of trainings and courses, receiving very good opinions for substantive content as well as the manner and form of knowledge transfer. Expert in drivers' working time, transport of dangerous goods (ADR) and road traffic safety. Knowledge and experience supported by many years of practice as a driver in international transport and in inspection services.
Maciej Urbański is an attorney at law whose passion is transport law, to which he has been largely dedicated for over three years. Professionally, he combines experience in legal services for clients, work in a law firm and in structures related to the transport industry, which translates into a practical and business-oriented approach to legal matters. As co-founder of BWT System Sp. z o.o., he is responsible for the legal protection of the company's interests, while ensuring full transparency in relations with contractors.
Karol Krzysztoszek, co-founder of BWT SYSTEM, is responsible for the technological layer of digital solutions — from architecture planning, through application development, to ongoing maintenance and infrastructure scaling. He is the author of the BWT FlowDesk web application for driver posting declarations and the BWT GO mobile application. He oversees the company's technological development, setting directions in system architecture, automation, data security and regulatory compliance. He combines technical competences with an understanding of the operational specifics of road hauliers, enabling him to design solutions that truly address the daily challenges of transport companies.
Specialist in driver working-time settlement combining a solid academic background with many years of hands-on experience. A graduate of commercial law, she has deep knowledge of transport regulations. She holds the Certificate of Professional Competence and several years of practice in accounting and financial services for transport companies. Running her own business, she fully understands the challenges entrepreneurs face, which translates into a committed, business-oriented approach to every project. In daily work she focuses on an individual approach — every document set is tailored to the specific needs of the client.
