BWT FlowDesk is a complete browser-based platform for managing a transport company. It replaces spreadsheets, document folders and scattered emails — everything in one place.
Posting of drivers — IMI declarations
Create and manage driver posting declarations in the IMI system (International Market Information System) required by the EU Mobility Package. We support international transport and cabotage, carriage of goods and passengers, and posting to all EU/EEA countries. Bulk operations let you create or extend declarations for multiple drivers and countries at once.
Auto-renewal of expiring declarations — every night (00:01–06:59) the system automatically extends declarations that are about to expire, via the Road Transport API. Zero manual work, nothing forgotten. Export declarations to PDF and ZIP for your entire fleet.
Driver database and CEPIK verification
A complete driver database with full records: personal details, PESEL, identity documents (ID card / passport), driving licence number and document number, categories (B, C, C+E), driver card (tachograph), driver attestation. Secure storage of all personnel data in one place. Migration from spreadsheets is made easy by importing the driver database from a CSV file.
Driving licence verification in CEPIK with a single click. The system connects to the CEPIK register and returns a full report on the driver's licence: document status (Active, Withheld, Revoked, Lost, Destroyed, Replaced, Cancelled, Temporary withholding), expiry date, issuing authority, held entitlements and Code 95 validity. In seconds you can check whether a driver's licence has been withheld — without calling any office.
Vehicle database and CEPIK vehicle history
A complete database of the company's vehicles: registration number, make, vehicle and body type, year of manufacture, VIN, date of first registration. Deadline records for every vehicle: technical inspection, motor third-party liability insurance, tachograph calibration, ATP certificate, vehicle ADR, UDT, TDT.
Vehicle history — full CEPIK report. For vehicles with Polish plates, the system retrieves a chronological timeline of vehicle events from CEPIK: first registration, registration in Poland, successive owners, disposals, technical inspections, withholding and return of the registration certificate. It also shows: motor third-party liability insurance expiry date, technical inspection expiry date and Carfax + autoDNA risk indicators — so you know what you are buying or what history the vehicle used by a driver has.
Automatic alerts for expiring deadlines
The email notification engine sends multilingual alerts (PL/EN/RU/RO) before any important deadline expires, so none slips your attention.
Alerts for drivers: driving licence, medical examinations, psychological examinations, Code 95, ADR certificate, health and safety training.
Alerts for vehicles: motor third-party liability insurance, vehicle technical inspection, tachograph calibration, ATP certificate, vehicle ADR, UDT, TDT.
The main dashboard displays an expiring-documents widget with a day counter (Today / Tomorrow / In N days / Expired!) and colour-coded priority.

Mobile app for drivers
BWT GO is a mobile app (iOS and Android) for drivers of transport companies. It gives the driver instant access to their IMI declarations and tachograph data — wherever they are, even with no signal.
IMI declarations always in your pocket
The driver sees all their active IMI declarations grouped by country of posting. Before a roadside check, a single tap is enough — the declaration is shown as a QR code ready to be scanned by the inspector.
Full offline functionality — declarations are cached locally. No signal on a route in Germany, France or Austria? No document will be unavailable. Declaration status: Active, Draft, Expired. Export to PDF directly from the phone.
Tachograph — DDD analysis and EU 561/2006 checks
The tachograph module gives the driver full control over their working time directly on the phone screen — with no need to connect to a computer or use PC software.
Ways to upload data:
- .DDD file from the phone — select a file from device storage or from the cloud
- Driver card readout via USB reader (Android) — connect a CCID card reader to an Android phone via USB-C, insert the driver card and read the data directly
- Deep link / opening a .DDD file — open a .DDD file from any app and BWT GO will analyse it automatically
Analysis compliant with Regulation EU 561/2006:
- Daily, weekly and fortnightly driving time (Week I / Week II)
- Continuous driving time without a break >15 min
- Daily rest (9h reduced / 11h regular) and weekly rest (24h / 45h)
- Compensation for reduced weekly rest (Art. 8(6-7))
- Current shift — driving, work, breaks, availability
- Recent vehicles with VIN numbers (Gen 2 data)
- GNSS positions and border crossings (Gen 2 data)
- Infringement detection — daily driving >9h, continuous >4h30, rest <9h, too many reduced daily rests, weekly driving >56h, fortnightly >90h
Synchronisation with BWT FlowDesk — the driver sends the .DDD file to the FlowDesk system with a single button (sending to the office). The office can also send files to the driver.
Multilingual: BWT GO is available in Polish, English and Russian. The driver logs in with a phone number or login and a PIN code issued in FlowDesk. Available on iOS and Android.
