Vehicle Management

The vehicles module allows managing the company's transport fleet.

Company vehicle list

The vehicle list presents the entire fleet:

  • Registration number
  • Make and model
  • Insurance status
  • Next inspection date

Adding a new vehicle

To add a new vehicle to the fleet:

Wymagane pola:

  • Registration number
  • Vehicle make
  • Vehicle model
  • Year of manufacture
  • VIN number
  1. Click 'Add vehicle'
  2. Fill in vehicle data
  3. Add document information
  4. Save vehicle

Editing vehicle data

Editing vehicle data:

  1. Find the vehicle in the list
  2. Click the edit icon
  3. Make changes
  4. Save

Vehicle documents

The system tracks vehicle document validity:

OC Insurance

Mandatory third-party liability insurance

AC Insurance

Voluntary comprehensive insurance

Technical inspection

Mandatory technical condition inspection

Transport license

License for transport services

  • System notifies 30 days before document expiry
  • Vehicle without valid OC is marked in red

Import vehicles from file

Import multiple vehicles at once:

  1. Prepare CSV or XLSX file
  2. Click 'Import vehicles'
  3. Map columns
  4. Validate data
  5. Confirm import
