Notification types

The system generates the following notification types:

Expiring documents

Notifications about documents nearing expiry

Declarations

Declaration status, confirmations, errors

Tasks

Reminders about approaching deadlines

System

System updates, maintenance

Expiring document notifications

The system automatically monitors expiry dates:

  • 30 days before - informational notification
  • 14 days before - warning notification
  • 7 days before - urgent notification
  • After expiry - critical alert

Declaration notifications

Declaration-related notifications:

  • Declaration creation confirmation
  • IMI system send error
  • Declaration approaching expiry
  • Declaration expired

Notification settings

You can customize notification preferences:

  • Enable/disable specific types
  • Set reminder frequency
  • Choose delivery method (in-app, email)
